The Sound Of Music Carol Morsani Hall - The Straz Center Theatre reviews
Fantastic night!
"The Steve Miller Band show was an amazing experience that changed my perspective on the band. They played 18 or 19 songs to perfection and clearly enjoyed themselves onstage. Every song was a classic, and it was great fun to hear, see performed, and sing along to. The Sound Of Music, with Arnel Pineda as a dead ringer for Steve Perry, was fantastic as well. Their performance was filled with classic tunes played with great musical power and passion. It was a wonderful trip back in time to listen to some of our favorite 70s and 80s songs performed live. The Sound Of Music is still packing concert venues around the country, and I am now a HUGE fan! Would definitely love to see them again anytime! Sometimes all it takes to hear an artist and their music in the proper perspective is to see them play live. The Sound Of Music and The Steve Miller Band were both amazing, and it's no surprise that they are still doing it extremely well all these years past their "heyday"."
